Buyer Requirement for RV Sale - What's your opinion

Hi. Hey, I have my RV up for sale and i have a potential buyer that lives about 2 hours away. He wants his mechanic to look at it and i told him i wouldn't bring it up there for that but he's welcom...

Stick to your guns. Sell as is, where is , no warranties ,express , or implied. Don't sign or agree to anything.
If this person does not buy it someone else will, be patient and remember "There's an ass for every seat".
