Buyer Requirement for RV Sale - What's your opinion

Whenever I have sold a vehicle I have used a format which says--"This ---- vehicle is Sold Is and As Equipped with NO Guarantee and No Warranty Implied or Given" I write my Sig.--get their Sig., write date. I always get cash and that dollar amount is also written on the Form as well as I.D. number and License number-make, model, year, etc. Good Luck, Lars
