Buyer Requirement for RV Sale - What's your opinion

Depends on how desperate you are to sell. I would not sell under those conditions, but if he was offering a fair price and I needed to get rid of it, then I'd drive two hours and let his mechanic take a look at it. If they find something that shuts the deal down, then you're only out some gas and time. But if you have buyers lined up around the block or you have no need to sell fast, then you dictate the terms. No way in heck would I sign off on basically a blank check like he wants.
