Buyer Requirement for RV Sale - What's your opinion

Hi. Hey, I have my RV up for sale and i have a potential buyer that lives about 2 hours away. He wants his mechanic to look at it and i told him i wouldn't bring it up there for that but he's welcom...

I would offer to drive the unit to his mechanic for inspection before the sale. I would request a non refundable fee of $300 to cover fuel and one night of camping. Any price negotiations for deficiency should occur before the sale, never after.
