Buyer Requirement for RV Sale - What's your opinion

Hi. Hey, I have my RV up for sale and i have a potential buyer that lives about 2 hours away. He wants his mechanic to look at it and i told him i wouldn't bring it up there for that but he's welcom...

He is trying to get an unlimited warranty. "Deficiencies" is particularly scary because they could mean almost anything that doesn't meet the buyer's expectations. I wouldn't sign it, I would tell the buyer to get lost, take his lawyer with him.
