Buying a Former Rental Class C. How many of us out there?

While researching these pages for my next Motor Home I saw a few threads discussing Rentals, most were Pros and Cons but very few posts from people who had purchased one. I thought it may be a goo...

See if you can get both of them to post their experiences here... the one having bad experience is the first report of someone having any problems from actual owners that I am aware of.... Lot of speculation from people who have not bought but most of the actual owners have reported good results
