Buying a Former Rental Class C. How many of us out there?

While researching these pages for my next Motor Home I saw a few threads discussing Rentals, most were Pros and Cons but very few posts from people who had purchased one. I thought it may be a goo...

A service record would show if there was a chronic problem with a part. A transmission repair that has to be done every 20k or and engine issue that repeats could indicate another issue. Problems do happen that can be fixed but never really resolved. If I am buying used without much warranty coverage the least I want to know is if there are chronic problems.
