I guess CA is just cheap or doesn't want to bother. Or, maybe they aren't maintained as well as they should. I would think a detailed record of everything pertaining to any vehicle would be readily available with the click of a button.
I get a kick out of some of you guys.
What information would you be expecting? All units are maintained according to a standard Ford commercial fleet maintenance program. Do you seriously think that a rental motorhome, or any motorhome for that matter, would make it to 125-150K miles with no maintenance? Ford vehicles in commercial service aren't even scheduled for their first tuneup until 100K miles.
What difference does it make how many times a shower head has been replaced? If it broke and was replaced, why would they keep a record of a broken part that was thrown away? All that matters is that the new shower head sprays water as it should, which would be subject to verification during a buyers standard inspection.
If they replaced a shower head six times over the life of a particular unit, does that mean that the unit is suspect because the water at Yellowstone is hard?
If they are all bad vehicles, where are all the buyers who got burned buying problematic, ill-maintained ex-rentals?
