Buying a Former Rental Class C. How many of us out there?

While researching these pages for my next Motor Home I saw a few threads discussing Rentals, most were Pros and Cons but very few posts from people who had purchased one. I thought it may be a goo...

Well for example, is the plumbing set up well for easy winterizing? Is the water pump set up well? Does the RV have 1 or 2 batteries and if there is 1 is there room for another? My understanding, to repeat myself, is that the electrical setup is somewhat simplified for easy use by renters unfamiliar with RVs.
