Thanks for posting that link and video. The fellow had a problem with the connection of the drain valves coming unconnected from the black water tank. First very bad service from what ever CA place he got the unit from. I don't know this for sure, but I think they have that connection like that so that the assembly can be easily removed to make sure the tank is clean for the next renter. With a big opening like that to the tank, they can get up in there and clean it very well. Just a guess by me. I went out today and looked at mine and that same connection is there but it is glued in place and is not going to come off. Curiously though the hose clam is still there but not doing anything at all. The assembly on these couches is poor in my opinion in that they hang way down with no protection when folks go over things like speed humps in parking lots. I put extra braces on mine and pulled it up a little into the body of the unit keeping it somewhat away from the ground. The video was very interesting and I think pretty honest, but if the fellow thinks getting a bus conversion with a diesel engine is going to be easier, I got a bridge for him to buy. And nobody should be allowed to go out in any RV without at least a small set of tools. Trying to fix that problem the guy had with a multi function tool like he had was pretty scary. Also bad service to the nice couple by CA for not getting help to them when they needed it. BOOOO on them.
