Buying a Former Rental Class C. How many of us out there?

While researching these pages for my next Motor Home I saw a few threads discussing Rentals, most were Pros and Cons but very few posts from people who had purchased one. I thought it may be a goo...

We are about to purchase a used 2014 Fleetwood Jamboree Searcher 25k, was just told the unit was a Rental, had to stop in my tracks, was taken back, horror stories of rental. The RV has 26000 miles. First time buyers for a Class C, going to spend a pretty penny and just being cautious. Could someone tell me what to look for, what to ask.
