Darylin is my sales contact, and yes, she's very nice and really helpful. An overall great experience so far, I'd definitely recommend her to others.
Having the full service record is nice, and I had her email it to me so I could grep out pieces of information from it. Haven't bothered to try and make it usable as a spreadsheet because it's a formatting mess (inconsistent number of columns is the biggest problem), but command-line tools get me the pieces of info I want.
It's getting a head-to-toe exam from an RV inspector tomorrow. That may be less necessary than with your average used motorhome because of how well El Monte maintains their vehicles, but I still regard it as money well spent in making sure there are (probably) no hidden and unaddressed problems that will bite me later.
Will definitely post pics after I get it home (which may be next weekend; still TBD).
Darylin didn't mention extended warranties, but I'll ping her about that and see what she says.
