Buying a Former Rental Class C. How many of us out there?

While researching these pages for my next Motor Home I saw a few threads discussing Rentals, most were Pros and Cons but very few posts from people who had purchased one. I thought it may be a goo...

LOL. When my parents built this house, they were between motorhomes but knew they would get another one, so they had a dump put into the sewer line. If I ever had to get the house tented or something, I could just move into the RV for a few days, hook up the water and sewer, and be good to go. I don't have 50-amp service on the front of my garage, though. At least, not yet :)
