Buying a Former Rental Class C. How many of us out there?

While researching these pages for my next Motor Home I saw a few threads discussing Rentals, most were Pros and Cons but very few posts from people who had purchased one. I thought it may be a goo...

The Title "model year of the motorhome vs chassis" depends on the state. In Oregon our 2007 Winnebago Model Aspect on a 2006 Ford Chassis is registered as a 2007 Winnebago Aspect.

The Oregon motor vehicle rules state that the title is based on the date of last manufacture...in this case Winnebago. The dealer incorrectly had it registered as a 2006 and I had to go to the Motor Vehicle office and get it corrected.
