Buying a Former Rental Class C. How many of us out there?

While researching these pages for my next Motor Home I saw a few threads discussing Rentals, most were Pros and Cons but very few posts from people who had purchased one. I thought it may be a goo...

Piece of cake. I've done several. Installed to the forward face of the cabinet over the dinette. A power outlet and cable connection already exists up there. Just a matter of bolting the mounting arm to the cabinet. We even did one where we installed some electronics in the actual cabinet...a DVD player and a Playstation for the kids.
