It sounds like you have done your homework and know what you want and it will fit your needs,it is good to hear that they fixed any problems before delivery.
The alignment and shocks are a great Idea,I put a set of Bilsteins on mine and it made a huge difference. Another thing if you had not planed to do is to change the coolant and the brake fluid.It nice to start off with new fluids if you plan to tow.
