Thanks for the update,it sounds like they did stand by their warranty and did it in a timely manner, that is great!
The leaking water pump was a fortunate catch,and to get it fixed before any damage was done.
The wiring bundle for the backup sensors has come up before I don't know why they just cut them off instead of fixing them. I know of no other CA Rental that were wired for the 7 way receptacle but I'm sure it can be done.
All in all it seems that the did what they said they would,although it seems that they are not all that friendly as I have heard before.
