I am getting the awning. It's $950 fitted which I think is a reasonable deal. I certainly couldn't do much better with a 3rd party and it would take me extra hassle.
Question for a wider audience - does anyone have any recommendations (+ve or -ve) for RV guys in the Denver area that I could pay to come along to the check out?

$950 is a great price, back in 2016 when I bought mine, they were about $1100 with tax. I might contact my local CA where I got mine and see if they'd sell/install one for me.
