That was the interior dome light and we have since realized that it works with the cab dimmer and can appear off when the dimmer is turned down.
It has a solar panel still on the a/c unit, backup sensors work and hitch has a 4-pin. So far we are happy with it... I think the video from five2go on youtube kind of shows them as almost being brand new and in reality it of course looks like it was used. YMMV of course depending on location.
We were able to get three invoices showing some previous repairs.
