Unfortunately the original sticker is non descriptive.
I see that hitch is mounted with 6 bolts and there is a frame extension.
I am not sure how that compares with proper hitch and what is reasonable load...
Fair bit of rust too but I imagine that is to be expected...

For the jack, there should be flat frame railing going from front to back. You should not have to use the axle.
