Hi Booner,
I have the 27G CA RV, which is up from the 23A but not as big as the 28A, on mine the dinette seat behind the driver's seat is fuse box for the coach, with lots of wiring coming into the back of it. Also is the storage tube for the dinette table leg when you drop the table to a bed.
FYI for those wondering about the other seat of the dinette, isn't much but the duct for the heater and vent blowing out to the "hallway".
