I have been reading this topic for quite some time. We finally bought our Thor Majestic 23A from Ron at Cruise America in Everett, Wa on September 19th.
I had the unit checked at a local shop before purchase and they found it needed an oil and transmission fluid change, new coach battery and needed new wiper blades.
All were fixed without an issue. I was happily surprised the coach battery was an AGM type.
Overall the unit was cleaner and in better shape than I was expecting. The four hour drive home was uneventful.
The first changes I will do are to add backup and side cameras and running boards. It is hard for my wife to get into the cab.
The seats are a little worn. Should I get new seats, seat covers or get the seats reupholstered?
