In regards to back-up sensors, your vehicle may or may not have these. We don’t service these on site, so some vehicles have them and some don’t. Although, probably nearly all of the people buying a vehicle these days take it straight to a shop for a rear camera installation. This is something I would certainly recommend for any RV.
I can't help you with your boat/hitch weight problems, but with regards to the back up sensors, after crawling under mine, (23A), I can see where the backup sensors were cut,so I don't have any. But in my opinion, they are rather useless, and were probably cut so they didn't alarm when towing something.
I would recommend getting a back up camera asap. In my unit I went the wireless route and wired the cameras (front and rear), into the running lights so they are always on as long as I have my running lights on. It's amazing how may people drive so close behind me (drafting?) to the point where I can't see them in my mirrows. My system also a 15 minute recording function which could be useful in case of an accident.
Enjoy your RV!
