Buying a Former Rental Class C. How many of us out there?

While researching these pages for my next Motor Home I saw a few threads discussing Rentals, most were Pros and Cons but very few posts from people who had purchased one. I thought it may be a goo...

Another update…the table leg always bound up when trying to convert the dinette to a bed as the leg would get stuck in one hole or another.  I finally got sick of it and fixed it.

 Cut off a bit of the tube

 

 

and used a hole saw to put some wood spacing in the hole (2.5” hole saw was perfect)

 

Table holds strong still while assembled but the leg easily comes out when I want it to now.
