Found the forum again. Update on our 2015 Thor Majestic 23a which we bought 6 years ago.
Still a solid runner. We do about 1200-2500 miles per year. Oil changes every year. Main issues, since my first post, was a dead circuit board on refrigerator which was an easy replacement, blown tires, including one that put a huge whole in the gray tank, solar charger stopped working (not a priority), 1 new battery in RV and 1 in Ford.
In regards to the gray tank (or black) replacement. You have to call Thor, who were great, to order the part. I contacted the manufacturer and they will not sell directly. It was a reasonable cost. To replace I had to pull out the rear sink, and found that the pipes were glued to the tank, and one was cracked (a long time ago) and was half-fast repaired with glue, so was loose. The pipes are screwed into the top of the tank, so I had to cut the pipes and repipe after the install. The replacement tank does include the fittings for sensors, but you have to buy the tank sensors and wires separately.
I'll probably sell in the next year, as our needs have changed. But would not hesitate to buy another rental from Cruise America. I'm a lot wiser on what to look for now.
