No experience with that dealer but two others in the same area I made offers about 30 % under sticker and was told no way .. We left and thought they would call us but never heard back .. Same thing happened years ago in Portland when I bought a 5er new they offered about 15% I countered at 30 and they laughed. I left .. I'm sure others have had better luck but for some reason with no sales tax my experience with Oregon dealers is not stellar.
When I did buy a used mh I bought with a grand down to show "sincerity " and the dealer beat the rate the cu offered me by a bunch.. 3.75 a year ago.
