Expect these things if not replaced already.
All new tires EVEN IF THEY look new; if over 5-7 years old they are at end of life.
Tires deteriorate from sitting around in the sun and not being driven regularly. A blowout on the rear tire can cause THOUSANDS of dollars worth of damage. As an example I had a blowout on a rear tire that took out my water tank, wiring and sundry other parts. The cost in the end with ME doing the work was over a thousand bucks easy. I had the time to do the work and it did not interrupt my trip.
If you are going on a trip where you will boon dock i would suggest you change all bulbs to LED.
Buy a hygrometer, Charge all batteries to maximum then test each cell and compare to charts to find condition of batteries. Replace any weak ones now. House batteries are probably 6 volt and should STAY 6 volt. Most likely if the house batteries are original they will need changing.
AS someone else said If the ford is the TRITON V10 then there may be a spark plug issue which someone more knowledgeable can speak to. I do not remember the years that Ford had the problem. The fix was pretty easy but can be expensive if on the road.
New smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are in order
