- MitchF150Explorer IIIMaybe if the truck is still around sometime in late January 2020?
Or, if the dealer is still making money on the deal?
Or, just offer them some price and see what they say?
14% ain't bad and the dealer has to pay his bills too, so it ain't charity either..
Good luck!

While this truck is a little less that what you're looking at, they appear to overall be about $2K better on the price. If you can wait till late December or Jan, they might get better on the price. - librty02ExplorerYou may want to compare prices here just to get an idea of what you could get that truck for....

- Dallas01ExplorerWe used the ABC method when we purchased our 2017 Ram dually and our travel trailer. Here is how it works:
Contact 3 dealers that have the truck you want to make sure it is still available. Then email them all on the same email. Let them know you are going to buy but only from the best deal. All three should return with their offer. One will be the lowest. Email the other two and let them know one dealer offered X amount. They should send an email counter offer. Then again let the other two dealers know the new offer. Again you should get counter offers.
We did this in the DFW area and got a really great deal on our LoneStar 3500, plus some extras to seal the deal. Very happy. But, you really need to be ready to close the deal and not waste others time.
We did the same on our deal for a travel trailer and saved over $1000 on original price plus got over $700 in extras. - Charlie_D_ExplorerHow much of that discount is from factory? I sometimes see rebates and other incentives from the factory yet often times dealer discount is not included.
- ACZLExplorerIf all else fails, price it up (spec for spec, option for option) on Edmunds to get their "True Market Value" price and that's what you should be getting the truck for. I have done this with past vehicles and they are pretty darn close to what I actually paid for it.

Well, they could laugh you out of the dealership... - Cummins12V98Explorer IIIThat's actually a good price. Counter then with throw in a 7 year a 120k Chrysler MaxCare warranty.

Lol, right?
Just like the Craigslist "buyers" who text you, will you take $___ for ____?
Uhhh, no, if I wanted to sell that $5000 item for $3000 I would have priced it a little closer to $3k....and if you notice I didn't price it at $7k when it's worth about 5. GFYS
