1. Don't touch it if it has any delam or other evidence of leaks;
2. Buy 2 50 foot rolls of Eternabond and seal every seam above the gutters; front and rear cap, around all roof protrousions, and the seam running the length of the coach above the gutter (if you have one, my Winnebago did).
3. Replace tires if over 6 years old (look for date stamp) and replace shocks with Bilstein.
4. Replace sway bar bushings with Polyurethane on front and rear sway bars
5. Replace brake fluid, coolant, ATF, and engine oil. The Brake hose replacement is a good idea too.
6. See how it handles with that done. If it needs improvement, you can add rear trac bar, and SteerSafe.
My mechanic has one of the old 460s and loves it.
