Buying an RV (A or C) from a national rental chain

I think it would be interesting, to hear the opinion of a Ford or Chevy shop.
And a rv repair shop, that does not sell rv's. Someone without a dog in the fight. On what they think of ex rentals, how they hold up from both the house and running gear point of view.
