Buying my 1st Class A

Buying my first Class A and looking for an opinion on the underbody condition.

It's a 1993 Fleetwood Southwind.

Also my first post so hope its in the right place.

    I agree you need to run from one rusted that badly. Congrats on posting a picture on your first post... maybe a record. If you decrease the width of the picture to 700 you will have it perfect. Not impressed with how they extended the frame... but welding the extension on.
  • OK thanks. I know not the right category but also looking at a 89 Travelmaster Clas C..not a big fan of class c but it is in better condition, lower miles. Issue ..small drip leak in roof. Floor fine. Not that handy but seller advises its an easy fix. That a better option?
  • Frame is rusted so everything else is rusted, like brake lines......I'd keep looking.
  • Thanks for the quick replies. I should add that this motorhome has had almost 30 years of the salty canadian winters.

    What are my risks? Dont see any holes...could this just be sanded and treated with good rust inhibitor?
