I know this is way after the fact, but we had the same problem.
We found our leak wasn't the lights, or the windows, but where the gutter that runs along the top of the sides of the motorhome end at the front. They ended right at the seam that goes across the top of the RV on top of the cabover.
When the water was flowing hard in the gutter, it actually had enough pressure to flow uphill into the seam of the cabover. The water then ran down inside the walls, and under the bed.
There was so much water held inside that space under the bed, that I heard it slosh when I was standing there when the hubby moved the RV.
Hubby drilled three holes in the bottom of the cabover in front of the windshield to drain it, and it took over 30 minutes for the water to all run out. There had to be so much weight there, I'm shocked the cabover hadn't collapsed from it.
We had to shorten the gutters so the water dropped way before the seam, and pull up the flooring under the bed, to dry out the space and insulation under there. It was a mess.
