I just had a similar leak fixed in our 04 Winnie Itasca Spirit with that front cab window. The service center removed the window after telling me there was a seal beneath that could be replaced. After they removed the window they discovered this so called seal was a permanent part of the MH and to remove it would have required them to cut the opening. This I would not permit so I had them replace any seals that could be replaced, reinstall the window and reseal the outside. Took a long trip then washed it and NO leaks. Good luck.
