Request an "intransit" permit from the CA dealer to take the motorhome back to OR. You'll need proof of insurance. You'll pay your sales tax to OR, which I know has none. You may need some paperwork to prove to the dealer that you are a resident of OR such as utility bills, tax return, etc.
