Make the offer: "Subject to satisfactory inspection with closing date on or before XXXX"
That way you can do the inspection/have others do it. Satisfaction is up to YOU-- if your wife doesn't like the interior fabric, it fails inspection. The date (shorter time frame the better from a negotiating standpoint) lets the seller know he will not have to keep the coach off the market for any real length of time.
Very common terms for RV's, boats, etc. Been on the buyer and seller end of these long-distance transactions. Longest distance-- selling Pacific Seacraft Crealock 37' in St Petersburg FL to buyer from Anacordes, WA.
