Only thing wrong is two bedroom windows have a bad creeping seal and on the outside were the hater heater goes through the side wall on the corner there is a 1/4 inch long by 1/16 wide crack. This crack is on the side wall. Sound like a fair price if everything checks out?
The book says low retail at $56,700. If you can get it for 50 flat...get them to fix the cracked fiberglass before you pick it up
