Look at:
Slideout cables for fraying
test all switches and electronics:
the Slideouts work with no hesitation or missalignment
the Automatic awning operates
automatic leveling system works as intended
water heaters and furnaces run
water pump works and system holds pressure
check house batteries condition
12 v to 110 inverter works
12 v house charger is charging
ask for maintenance log.
Generator starts easy and runs smoothly.
both air conditioners operate
Tires should still look good.
look at roof skin for damage
