Thanks Lou, we live in Fallbrook. The seating arrangement sounds exactly what I want to accomplish, any problems while removing the couch to be aware of. I'm curious do you have the automatic awning and would you know the type Model, I'm assuming that the same model of the awning was installed on all the road warriors, I unable to find the owners manual on the awning and not sure on the specific type. Have you ever attempted the adjustment? We are planning a trip to Oregon and we like to have the awning up and have it adjusted to have the water run off. I tried to push in on the pin and move the arm down while on the ladder, with no success seems to be a hard to move. Appreciate everyone's help.
