I took the carpet out and put dark grey flooring down. The only problem I had was the wall behind the sofa was very rough, it took a lot of sanding and filling to smooth out. I then painted the area a dark grey. My wife and I like this much better for watching T.V.
Lou, when you replaced the carpet with flooring, how did you deal with the carpet that extends under the slideout?
