Thanks you guys, I was only pushing in on the one pin, not both at the same time, it helps to read up,thanks for the maintenance tip, when I get a chance I will research for the manual. I appreciate the help this forum is great! by the way I took my rig in yesterday. Because the vacuum was working but not the dust pan option stopped working and of course they found the electric wire was loose. Know that you mention about the loose screws, most items that I have taking the coach in for have been wires loose. On another matter the repair tech told me that he replaced the motorized head on another warrior and they will replace the head free from Colorado, but not labor a good thing to know.
