I just wanted to provide a little update on mine. I have a 2009 RWT3400 so its ATS location may be different from the RWS or RWM models. The location of mine was consistent with a friend's RWT, which was behind the bottom cabinet drawers, underneath of the coat closet, to the left of the refrigerator. Removal of the drawers is simple - depress the latches on either side in opposing directions (up on the left/down on the right for mine) and slide the drawers out.
My particular ATS is also an Iota ITR-50R, and I found the neutral wire to be burned up. Bypassing the lugs as a temporary fix did fix the problem. I'll be replacing this unit shortly.
