Camper can suddenly shakes when parked

If it sways when you move around inside, when you're stopped and a vehicle passes close by, or you're parked and gusts of wind bounce it around... heavy duty aftermarket sway bars will help a lot. A good tip to notice if bars will help is to see how much you push the entry step down when you get in. That assumes the entry door is on the side. A rear entry door won't show that.
I put front and rear Hellwig bars on ours, looking for better tracking and steering on the road. They accomplished that, but the first thing I noticed was when I got in after doing the job. I was like "WOW - Step doesn't push down!"
Coach is as stable with the bars as it was before when I had the hydraulic leveling jacks down.
Don't overinflate your tires but be sure they're not soft. I don't think shocks'll help much. They respond to a jolt more than a push.
Sway bars are the only mod I'm aware of that helps stability both parked and in motion.

Wander around Yellowstone and you'll see trees all rubbed raw and hair on them from bison scratching themselves. When you see scratch marks way up high, its bears.

Heavy gusts of wind will do that. Also, if you are stopped at a traffic light waiting to turn left and a vehicle passes at speed close to you, your vehicle, RV or car will shake. Maybe this time the wind was at the right angle to shake your vehicle.

Earthquake ?

Rv rock. It's normal.If it bothers you then get levelers.or stiff shocks.
