FQRV is a very small park inside a 10ft brick wall with barbed wire on all sides sitting in a very bad part town and under the I-10 freeway. Very noisey. And while the property inside the wall is nicely kept, the surrounding area is NOT and not safe walking area after dark. We spent a few nights there and left early as we did not like parking inside a prison compound with the freeway noise all night long. Will not go back. Owners were nice enough and the park faciliies did work. Lots of unsavory types just outside the gates. We did not feel all that safe there.
