This is not about sueing people.. I love how people just love to hop on that bus the second something is out of the ordinary... No this is about treating your guests with a little respect and acting like you are a professional RV park. And what would stop the person who rented out the spot that was already paid for from sticking the cash in their pocket and no one the wiser?.. Probably nothing..
As for suing, you apparently were not satisfied to have just gotten another site. You have already taken to bashing them on a public forum. You also sound like you are still not satisfied, so your choices are getting limited. You could take up arms against your oppressor, but that seems a bit extreme, so legal action is about all that is left to make them genuflect in your presence and plead for mercy. Good luck to ya.
