Agreed ! The OP was in a class B and the neighbor I'm sure had witnessed that, and should have assumed the OP was out doing "whatever", and NOT leaving free stuff for him!
What if the "camper" was on a motorcycle and staying in a tent ? The MC leaves so the tent, chairs, cooler, etc is free game ....LOL !
