Parks need to be clear if the 'length' is for the RV/Trailer or for the entire rig length.
I need 59 feet if I'm parking my 35 ft TT and my truck in a narrow site.
On many sites, I can park the TV alongside the TT - and do with a 40' spot.
If I'm at a park which allows a rear overhang - I can fit in a 28 foot spot if it is wide enough.
Unfortunately there isn't much consistency within a park - or even within the same campground at times.
