If you go to the Casino Queen and don't need hookups, there is a large level parking lot just in front of the RV Park..you can park there for free...just over the bridge...you can pick up the light rail if you want or drive in..be sure to show them the water spout nearby. The RV Park is across the river from the Arch....Dennis
