Mine came with all the batteries installed. I am pretty confident the PDI checklist would include functional smoke and CO2 detectors. I walked away from a deal once when they wanted to charge me PDI. Ridiculous they want to charge you to ensure that the coach is ready which it should be in the first place. PDI is a scam IMHO. They charge a lot and often do very little. Plenty of dealers out there that don't charge PDI. What other product do you know of that charges to make sure the product you just paid a lot of money for is actually finished and ready?
