If I spend a lot of money on an RV and then I paid extra for a service like PDI - Yes I expect things to be perfect. Any expectation short of that simply enables our current system of "don't sweat the small stuff" to continue. It's not ok, and saying it's ok is even worse. Work ethic in this country sux. You pay for the RV, pay for the PDI , it's on a checklist and it wasn't checked. That's a fail in my book. Personally, I'm tired of slipshod work that people shrug off as "small stuff". And it's not just the battery, now the entire PDI list is in question, which creates work for the buyer to validate that a service he paid for was performed. And for an RV tech to tell someone who gave their hard earned money not to sweat it, means that you are part of the problem. Everyone makes mistakes. But mistakes and lack of work ethic are two very different things.
