Ah I see from the quote usermanual trailer man has some comments (he's otherwise blocked on my end).
So call me what you need - after all as a Dealer yourself, I'm sure all customers are just plain stupid in your eyes.
But let me explain the "faucets". This was the situation on that particular issue and I think it played out like they expected:
Coach is all washed, and the PDI guy is waiting. We go in and the carpet is damp and raked out - he says it was shampooed (lie #1). This particular fridge on the Meridian has an icemaker in the bottom freezer and a water dispenser inside the fridge by the left door that we had no idea was there. Asked why no ice and he said it didn't have time to make any yet (lie #2). There is a filter in the top and there are some water drips around it so I know it has had water to it. Well we get home, no ice, I start looking for the valve and sure enough it is off. I turn it on and holy buckets water is spraying out the bottom of the fridge all over the carpet! Shampooed carpet my butt! They knew about that!
Similar cover ups with the AC and jacks not working as he played dumb on the in-depth operation of both and just managed to show us the minimum.
Best thing that happened - we drove away never to return, I fix stuff as I find it, and even though I continue to be wowed by the blatant disregard CW gave to any type of a go through or check out on this thing, I like the coach and it is solid and is a good fit for us. I'll get the engine serviced in the spring, because I'm sure the oil change sticker they put on the window involved a pen and a sticker, no oil or wrenches.
